Before working with ASPEKT, Retainer’s Direct had a few flows set up by a previous agency that didn’t specialize in email marketing. These used a cookie cutter approach and the visual look didn’t match the brand. Additionally, they had a very poorly performing email subscription popup on their website that was only bringing in 2% of visitors.
After coming on board, we immediately started work on optimizing their subscription popup. We increased their subscription rate from 2% to 10%, which quickly added an extra $5k from email revenue alone. We then focused on optimizing and expanding their flows to maximize the experience at various customer touch points.
Once the flows were set up, we started diving into campaigns. We optimized all layouts to be fully on brand while keeping a high conversion rate.
